I'd love to be able to abandon facebook (it's a time sucking hole), but I think your right. Google+ just isn't compelling enough yet to bring people over en-mass which is what needs to happen for it to win. It's too bad, since it seems like a better solution, since you don't share everything globally by default.

Does each person create their own circle of Sage people ? So something discussed in one circle doesn't propagate to the others ? At least, I think that's how I understand it ?

Maybe we need one circle to rule them all ?

I've added the few of you whose names I already knew. Having never used facebook (literally the only person I know that doesn't use it except for my grandpa) I think this google plus is pretty cool.
