Failed creating menu item-now getting error

I tried to create a new menu item under the TV menu and I am now getting an error message. Steps I took:
1. Selected Insert a new Menu Item
2. Added the word TITLE to end of string presented, clicked Accept
3. Typed Shows by Title for menu name
4. Chose Recorded TV
5. Chose Banner Flow

Nothings show up and I get a red triangle with the system message:
Phoenix Error
Error in Menu File:
.\userdata\Phoenix\Menus\phoenix.menu.lz.tv_phoenix.menu.lz.useritem.TITLE_fragment.xml

How do I correct this problem? I cant find the file being referenced by this message. I am working off an HD200 extender.

Check for the file here:
\Program Files\SageTV\SageTV\userdata\Phoenix\Menus\

Deleting it should get rid of the error. Not sure why you had a problem adding the menu item though.
