HDHR Prime and Guide Data

I am thinking about getting a HDHR Prime.

I was wondering, does SageTV use the Guide Data supplied by the M-card?

Thanks,
John

no

since the cablecard is not native, (you have to use sagedct with it as a network tuner) sage just uses its standard lineups.

Thanks.

I was hoping it was a simple solution for when the lineup guide goes away next year.

There are two simple solutions

1. Setup zap2it guide info, easy and documented all over the forums
2. Don't assume its going away, they said "at least" one year, not shut off in 1 year.
