Changing base system from WHS to Windows 7

Hi Folks,

If I switch my base operating system from WHS to Windows 7, will my SageTV 7 license key be transferable and work?

Thanks

Yes. The Windows license is for either the regular version or the WHS version. But you only get the extra Placeshifter license with the WHS version.

Thanks!

I have only used the client so far; not sure exactly what I would miss without the placeshifter license at this stage
