In-Progress Favorites not being recorded

SageTV v7 seems to work differently than I remember v6 -- I seem to remember that if I turned on or rebooted my server and there was a Favorite in-progress of being broadcast, it would immediately start recording it. However, what I am seeing with v7 is the computer will boot up and SageTV will just sit there and not try to record the Favorite.
