HD300 Subtitles

Hello all,

All of my Bluray collection is ripped to MKV using DVDFab which I set the program to extract forced subs. It is extracted to IDX/SUB format. I also used BD2suprip to convert the forced subs to Sup format.

I have no problems getting the forced subs to show up in Sage Client software, but they will not show on HD300 / HD200 clients even when I turn on the subtitles in the options menu. I have tried remuxing the subs into the MKV file with MKVmerge and still no forced subs.

District 9 and Avatar are the two movies I am testing.

Any ideas?

I use srt files. Make sure the file is named the same as the video (i.e avatar.mkv and avatar.srt). If you have multiples you can do

avatar.mkv
avatar.en.srt
avatar.en-forced.srt

etc..
