Having an issue with installing "Sage My Movies"
I've look in the Sage TV Forums and have really not been able to get a good understanding if I can install Sage My Movies or NOT! Or is there another add-in that will captured my Netflix + Others "(That Would Be Really Cool)" account data and build a Database of Movies that can be played without looking it up at NETFLIX all the time with commands to allow Play/Stop/Etc.

I believe there are some users using MyMovies sucessfully. It does require some tweaking to get the MyMovies menus to work with the Gemstone custom menus though. You have to use the built in Menu Manager and the Copy Mode to get the MyMovies menu items to show in our custom menu. I think the trick is getting MyMovies working with the non custom menu and then you can move to the custom one creating the links to the MyMovies menu items. That being said I think if you turn off the custom menu you will see the MyMovies menu items as they should. Not 100% if the option to replace the Videos submenu will still work though.

Unfortunately I do not use MyMovies anymore so I can't really offer any more help than th above. Gemstone has so many views for displaying movies and TV that you may find that you can transition to Gemstone and BMT and not use MyMovies going forward. The big thing you will lose is the offline movies feature of MyMovies.

Re: Netflix - Playon still works with Gemstone (Diamond v4), but we do not have the Netflix or Hulu queue integrated into the flows like it was with Diamond.

Remember we can't fully support every old plugin out there, but most should work if we haven't made too many Gemstone changes in that same area. If there is a feature missing you can always put in a feature request and see what happens, no promises though.

I use my movies without issue. You have to install the SMM api before anything else. Restart sage to make sure it enables properly. Once you've done that everything else should work without any problems.

When you say SMM api you are meaning SageMyMovies Correct? When I do install SageMyMovies it Fails to Load.

I am going to try to load it under the Default STV and see what happens.

Okay I went back to the Default Sage STV and still no luck. The specific message I get is
"Plugin cannot be Enabled. A required dependency may be missing or the plugin is broken"

Right. I usually install the API before any other plugins because it is finicky. Once it is enabled and installed successfully, then install the sage my movies plugin, and everything else.

I reverted back to a base install and tried the re-install of MyMovies again I have the MyMovies on the Main SageTv menu now but when I select anything I now get an SQL connection Error message.

I also noticed that I have SageMyMovies API installed but it is in a FAILED State.
