P2 View questions

I would like to add the 'All Movies Grouped by Genre' view to the Video landing zone. I can see it if I go to Browse Views; just can't figure out how to add it to the Video menu.

Thank you..

From the landing zone, hit Options then 'Edit Landing Zone' - you will find stuff in there to let you add menus or menu items.

Thanks, justed needed to be persistent

So I finally figured out that the item/menu creation was creating an folder instead of a file. Worked through it and now have my new Movies by Genre item in my Video menu.

I really love P2. I've been living with the standard Sage interface for so long. Its a beautiful change. And Fast!

I do have another question though. In order to set a home video folder, does the path need to be included as a Sage video source folder also before it can be added to either BMT or Pheonix2? I have a \\server\share that contains home videos, but it is outside Sage's known source directories. When I enter that path in Pheonix it comes up with a 'No items defined in this view' message.

Thanks again for a great piece of software.

Yes, you need to add the home video folder to sage also.
