Error Installing Plugins Att: Slugger

I am trying to Install some plugins in a fresh Install of SageTV suchs as CMT and others and I am getting an error https://bintray.com/artifact/downloa...core-2.5.1.zip download failed.

It affects Phoenix Core.

Yeah, I broke the plugin repository earlier today.

I came across a weird bug with the plugin submission tool where it accepted my plugin even though it apparently shouldn't have. Now the server's manifest is bad. I already sent messages to Opus and Narflex detailing the required fix and asking them to apply it to the server's manifest. Until they do (something), I'm afraid plugins that depend on any of the jackson json libraries (or depend on something that depends on them) will not install. Apparently Phoenix is affected.
