New Sage.jar

Just curious if anyone has built a new version of the sage.jar that incorporates Fuzzy's web browser update. Would be nice to have HD playback of Playon within SageTV.

It was merged into the master on 9/14, so any build from master after then would have it. if you DO have it, you then have to set the following property:

custom_user_agent=UPnP/1.0 DLNADOC/1.50 XBMC

This will make PlayOn think sage is XBMC, which is white-listed to receive the HD (720p) recording. This is only a short-term fix, as PlayOn has informed me that they intend to get rid of the white-list and offer HD to any client - 'soon'. No idea what soon means, but we'll see.

OK, I added the property you mentioned but it appears I'll have to keep an eye our for a new compiled "sage.jar" it appears mine is dated 8/12/2015 might have been compiled before that though.

Thanks for the info.

I just built this from the current master branch. I haven't tested it, but you're of course welcome to:

I setup a BinTray opensagetv organization, with the goal of hosting sagetv binaries there. I haven't hosted anything yet, because I still need to update the scripts to do automatic publishing jars, debs, zips to BinTry... When I have that sorted out, I'll see about creating a sticky so that people can have a single place to grab updated jars, zips, etc.

Here's the URL... but it's empty, for now
