simulcast solution

In my area..
Sometimes hockey games are on NBCSN. No problem.
Sometimes hockey games are on FSSW. No problem.
Sometimes the guide shows the game simulcast on both channels. Problem is, the guide is usually wrong, and I miss part of the hockey game because SageTV is recording on the channel where the game is not.

Is there a current way - or maybe this is a feature request - to 1) prefer a channel when simulcast or 2) automatically record both?

You could create two favorites so both channels are recorded; just set each favorite to have a channel restriction to either NBCSN or FSSW. Sage won't let you create duplicate favorites but as long as each favorite has a channel restriction it is considered different.
