JAVA Problem

I have had a crash on my Sage system due to "out of memory". I had not changed the HEAP size since changing over to v9 with a whole new Sage server about a year and a half ago. So I went in today to change the memory to 1024, but the instructions I used several years ago don't seem to work anymore. I ran regedit and under Hkey_local_Machine / software I didn't see Frey Technologies anymore. Is the registry changed now for sage?

I am on Windows 10 64-Bit and Sage v9.1.7 32 Bit and JAVA 1.7.0_79

Can someone tell me how to change the HEAP now or point me to a post if someone has already posted it.

I know the new 64 bit version fixes the memory issues, but I am not ready to make that change just yet.

For 32-bit software on a 64-bit OS, the registry remaps keys under:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\...

so

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Frey Technologies\SageTV\JVMMaxHeapSizeMB

is where you need to check/add it.

400h is a good size.

Yea that did it. Thanks! It was set to default, and I changed it to 1024. Maybe I won't have anymore crashes.
