Plugin-Library: jsoup by routerunner fails update

I noticed this is the only plugin that I am showing as needing an update. When I try to update it I get a failed resource download message.

Not sure what is happening, I just tried using AndFTP on my mobile phone with WiFi off and I can browse the jsoup directory without issue.
