Web UI crashing, but Jetty still works

Lately I have seen instances where I can no longer access the SageTV web ui. But SageTV is still working, and other Jetty web pages, like the mobile web UI, BMT and LivePVRData pages are still working.

Any idea how to troubleshoot in logs or whatever?

This doesn't happen very frequently, maybe once a month or so. My SageTV server runs 24x7.

I can fix this issue by restarting the SageTV docker. I haven't upgraded anything in a while, at least not knowingly, except for the Phoenix changes to allow TVDB to work.

Following the next crash post the sage and jetty starter log and I will take a look.

It crashed again. I didn't get the logs prior to the crash but here is the Jettystarter log after restarting. It looks like I am getting some issues with channel logos.

Here is the Sage 1 and 2 logs as the 0 log starts upon the docker restart.

As you said, Jetty seems to be working fine. My webserver experience is limited but other than the channel logo issue I do not see any other errors.

For the logos the webserver cannot find the path ...

/opt/sagetv/server/ChannelLogos/xxxxx.png

It gives an error for MANY .png logos so it is obviously getting that list somewhere but then fails to find those files.

I do not know how that part of the code works so cannot really provide any solutions...sorry. You will want to ensure those files do exist and if there is a place in sage or the webserver to map those see if that setup is ok.

Perhaps others can also see if these channel logo errors are common and perhaps a lost leader for this issue.
