Performance issue when foreground

I have been using SageTV 2.2.8 for quite some time. I have been running into performance problems recently, though (just started happening)... When I run SageTV showing live TV from my Hauppauge pvr-150 and SageTV is full screen or has focus, it is VERY jumpy, and uses 100% CPU. When it's not in focus, it runs fine... Playback of pre-recorded shows is fine either way.

Rig: Athlon XP-2100, 512Mb Ram, ATI Radeon 9200, 300Gb Maxtor ATA-133 7200rpm. Gigabyte Mobo. Using Cyberlink decoder.
