Pocketmoon,
I can't seem to find the PVR-250, it appears to be the 250. As a note you can not put 2x VR 350's in the same system! Good prices though!

I have not heard that you couldn't put 2 350's in the same system. Where did you come accross that?
Not that I'm contemplating on doing that. It's just that the 250's and 350's are so similar, I find it hard to believe there's some incompatibility with the 350's which would not allow them to play nicely with other 350's.

I tried to install two unit's it didn't work. When I ask Hauppauge what I should do they said I could not do it as the drivers would already be in use.

I would think that kind of reasoning would also apply to the PVR250 cards as well from Hauppauge's viewpoint, because their software (WINTV2000) only supports a single card.
But we know that multiple 250's work for sure, (and combinations of 350 + 250) I'm just not aware of anyone specifically having 2 (or more) 350's installed. Because everyone gets additional 250's for the multi-tuner support because of the price difference between the cards.

John,
IT's not the program itself, but rather the drivers, when I place two PVR350 cards in the same system and load windows, it seems to hang for about 15 minutes and the tells me there are hardware problems due to device driver locks. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the 2 cards I have are different version, or that the PVR350 has a requirment for the device drivers to lock to only one source. As for why it does not happen on the PVR250, my stongest belief is that Hauppauge have not coded the drive to well and it get confused with 2 hardware TV output decoders, which each PVR350 has built in and the PVR250's do not. I would be intrested to hear if anyone has go two PVR350's working as I now have one sitting around doing nothing! Ron.
