Studio w/out v4.0?

Been happy using Cayars v17 w/ SageTV v2.2.8 for a while now, and not really interested in upgrading to anything else until v4 is a little more stable and/or there is an equivalent to Cayars.

That being said, I'd like to play around with Studio and see it in action. I know it has to be separate in some form, because beta users were able to program it with v2. Has it been permanently integrated or is it a stand-alone program. If it is available alone, is it compatible w/ v2.2.8 or only v4?

Did some searching around, but to no avail. Thanks in advance for any help!

AFAIK, the only publicly available incarnation of Studio is included in v4.

There also have been no reported problems running Cayars v17 with v4, just so you know.

What features are you concerned with - as far as being stable? From what I can tell on my system, v4 is FAR more stable than v2.2.8 - and that's saying something because I had little/no issues with 2.2.8 to begin with.
