Does it pertains to Dish?

If it's about Dishnetwork, I've got some links for ya below. If it's about both Dish and Sagetv, ask away.

I take that you haven't scean my post there on DBSTalk?.
1: Are you runing PVR 150/250/350/500 or USB2?.
2: How do you watch your recording TV(Video card TVoutput) or PC Monitor or MediaMVP to TVset?.
3: What MPEG decoder codec do you used?.
4: Do see any odd red and green color from time to time that really should be there like on SciFi, Speed, History, Spike, VH1, etc just name a few?.

1. Pvr-150 (bought the package deal from SageTV which included the remote and blaster for Dish Box)
2. Pvr-150 output svideo to my TV.
3. I could not get the Purevideo ($20) Nvidia decoders to look nice with my setup. I have resorted to the Cyberlink (powerdvd) Mpeg decoders.
4. No real effects like that on my setup.

I've had real good results with the Cyberlink decoders. I am going Svideo out from my Dishnetwork box 501 to the pvr-150 card. Then Svideo out from my Video card (geforce fx5500) to the tv.

Now if dish would stop compressing the signals a little less on some channels, there wouldn't be so many artifacts on some channels. The blaster works fine with the 501 box and the remote codes that came with the Pvr-150 to change the channels never worked for me. 88 is what I use in the setup in wintv app. I did a little tweaking in the section of sagetv where you can change the sharpness/brightness, etc. I also had to adjust my setting on the tv (analog 27inch) to get just the right picture. I have is so that I can switch between both boxes to check the quality. I've gotten pretty darn close.
