Just wanting to record videos to DVD with SageTV Lite... problems
Okay, so I've got the software installed and the Plextor device is connected to my computer and VCR. That works great! The problem is, the only good way I've found to get my old home movies onto my hard drive is to click "watch live tv". So, I do this... but the problem is after a certian amount of time, what I have recorded previously is overwritten. The reason I'm not using the recording scheduler is because I'm not sure how long a lot of these old tapes are.
I suppose my main question is this: is there a way to make SageTV Lite record for as long as I want (given my hard drive space) without recording over the video? If not, I'm going to have to return the product I think. Thanks for your help! -Jason
