Feature Request - Itunes integration
Hello, Here is a suggestion to either use the traditional Music area of sage, or let it integrate into your itunes playlist. Having the same functionality of the Roku, or slimserver but with the native SageTV gui would be nice. (I am not suggesting the slimplayer integration.)
Also, i like the premise of ipodder, but it shure would be nice to integrate with itunes, but encode video in native h.264 or MPEG-4. I see that MPEG -4 exists with one of two external usb tuners, but I would like to record off of a standard hauupauge, or hdhomerun, or equivalent tuner in these formats. A pci encoder or leveraging the processing capability of a graphics card would be great if possible for accomplishing this. This would give seamless integration with itunes/ipod/appletv but without queued transcribing/re-encoding. If this is possible now, I'd love to know how. Thanks! Thanks |
