Pauses Every 45 minutes

Okay guys and gals here is a new one.

I finally got most all of my other issues with sage worked out after the HD and Nvidia Dual TV crashes,m but one annoying problem still rears it's ugly head.

Every 45 minutes at 45 minutes after the hour without fail, Sage will stutter for 1-3 minutes, FF or RW will stop it temp, and then sage will continue on without stuttering again for another 45 minutes, it does not affect the recordings.

I have debug logging on an here is a snippet of what happens at 45 minutes past the hour.

I would look at some other process running on the computer like an antivirus scan (for example) or something that runs once an hour. Are you using Comskip or Showanlyzer for skipping commercials?
