If it is a specifc named show you want to record, set it as a favorite. You can also finetune the favorite to only apply to a certain time, channel, day, or first-run/rerun/all showings.
If you just want to record a channel at a certain time no matter what show is listed, then set it up as a manual recording. edit: Did you mean to post this in the Recorder section? SageTV Recorder is basically obsolete and you should try SageTV Media Center instead. I dunno if Sage Recorder even does favorites so the above advice may not be accurate.
