Trial Not Reset For New Version (6.2)?
I installed 6.1.9 several months ago to try it out and uninstalled it after the trial period ran out. I now decided to give 6.2.10 a go but it says my trial period has expired? Doesn't the trial period get reset for a new version? I really would rather not reinstall my entire OS just to try it out again.

I wouldn't exactly consider 6.1.9->6.2 a major version change. What you saw then is pretty much what you get now with the exception of mild changes and bug fixes. Sounds kind of silly getting mad about your free trial expiring.

It's "kind of silly" how you equate asking a question to "getting mad". I did not know that there had to be a major version change for the trial to be reset (I assume there is enough different for it to be a different version). I'm just at a different point now where I want make sure it can meet my needs and I would just rather not rebuild my PC at this point to try it out.

The best way to answer this question is to send a message to tech support. You can ask them if the trial was supposed to reset or not. Sometimes they reset the trial for a new version, but perhaps not always.
