Fresh install of SageTV 6.3.4 + USB-UIRT = no channel changing

Quick summary of system:

* Windows XP, fresh install, with SageTV 6.3.4
* Two Dish Network 301 receivers
* Two Hauppauge PVR-150s, one with a build in IR blaster, one without
* SVideo capture on both cards, SageTV sees/records/hears just fine
* Single USB-UIRT

This configuration HAD been working with a prior install of SageTV (dead hard drive + motherboard change required reinstall of everything). The PVR-150 with the IR blaster works just fine when changing channels.

I have programmed up SageTV to use the USB-UIRT for the second tuner (also a Dish Network 301) to change its channels. I have provided the 0-9 digit learning it needs, put in appropriate between-number delays (400ms, which is what is used with the working IR on the other PVR-150). It simply never changes channels.

I have deleted and readded the second PVR-150 (including teaching SageTV the IR digits, successfully each time), but SageTV never transmits the channel change.

Any ideas how I can debug this? Thanks!

Following up to my own post, I had a .ir file of 0 length for whatever reason. ;-/ Deleted it, and created a new Dish Network 301 .ir file and all is well.
