TiVo Remote Repeat Rate

Hey guys I just bought a USB-UIRT and man can I say it saves you loads of time. I wish I would have started with one of these.

I have a TiVo Peanut Remote and it's IR sending is a bit weird.

What it seems to do is send one IR code to the blaster (maybe I am completely wrong) and then another code as a "stop" when you release the button.

So if you continue to hold the button it will not send the "stop" code until you release it (this giving you a "sort of" repeat)

My question is can you make the TiVo remote repeat the same IR instead of doing this "stop" business? Has anyone ever successfully got the TiVo remote to "repeat" their IR by holding the button?

Learn both codes to the USB-UIRT.

Well... I am confused now I think it actually is emitting the same signal repetitively.

Anyone else use a TiVO remote that successfully "repeats"?
