View Channel after changing

Hello - I know this has been posted before but I can't remember where. I have just switched to Verizon FIOS and I'm controlling the STB via serial.

But, when I select a TV channel, I can see the prior channel the STB was on for about 2 seconds so I want to delay it. So, Sage displays video from the STB box a second or two before it makes the channel change. I realized last night this is not good when it is on an HBO channel and you can quickly see an R/NR scene that you don't want the kids to see.

How can I have Sage delay showing the video for a few seconds?

I'm looking for the answer to this too. I recall a thread earlier where the setting was identified, but I can't find either now (the setting name nor the thread).
