Program Did Not Record
I had a program set to record today Sunday from 8-9 (Oprah's Big Give). It shows on the Recording Schedule that it was set to record; however, it did not record.
I was playing a DVD and had playback on the DVD paused. This is the only thing I can think of that may have contributed to the problem/bug. Has anyone seen or reported something like this happening before? Regards, Rob

If you have debug_logging turned on, you could look at the logs and see anything jumps out at you.
