				Win XP or XP MCE?

Is there a difference which one I use for SageTV? Aside from MCE remote drivers I guess? Didn't really find any information on the site or forums. |

I've set up systems on both and I think a pure XP system is a lot easier. With MCE, it wants to be the DVR software, and you have to disable some processes to get it to run right. Not a big deal, but it's inconvenient.

Just make sure that "regular XP" is Pro.

Well, for one thing pro has support for the MCE remote built in.
