Need help: movie plays fine on server but not on HD100
hi there -
i have a movie that plays fine on my sage server computer; but when i try to play it from the hd100, i get no audio or video and after a few seconds the hd100 totally locks up and needs a hard restart to recover. the file at issue is an .avi video clip and afaik there isn't any drm at play. would appreciate any help on troubleshooting. thanks.
