Enable Custom Menu throws an error -- No Online Video entry

I've had SageMC installed for a while and have been installing the updates (6.3.7a), but haven't really attempted to do much besides use it out of the box, so to speak.

I'd like to start leveraging it to do some customizations and I've got two issues:

1. My standard menu when I start it up does not include an "Online Videos" entry. I can't seem to find out how to get it back. I may have disabled it somewhere along the way but now I want to get it back and can't seem to find it. I have downloaded the OnlineVideo files from 6.3 that were posted by Opus and installed them, to no avail.

2. (this may be a contributor to 1 above) Whenever I try to "enable" custom menus, it throws an error. "Failed to load XML menu file menu file=C:\program files\SageTV\SageTV\sagemc_menu.xml" and "Failed to parse XML from .... error at line 3 col 3: The markup declarations contained or pointed to by the document type declaration must be well formed."

Any thoughts on how to resolve one or both of the above?
