Maybe someone here can help me with this... I'm trying to cut up a captured .TS file using H.264 TS Cutter. Everything is fine excepted that in the rendered video it has some bad frames, specifically frames from earlier in the rendered video inserted at random. It does this when I just play the .TS file but if I skip ahead to the same exact spot, starting after the prior cut, the bad frame doesn't show up.
I assume this has to do with the Cut-In & Cut-out frame settings but I've tried it on different settings and can't seem to get it to work right. If it helps, what I'm doing is capturing PS3 gameplay video (typically around 1 hour) and wanting to cut out portions of the video to create a highlight video (typically around 3 minutes), then convert the end-result .TS file to WMV so that I can bring it into a true video editor. |
