H.264,VC-1, WM9-Force Sage to use selected codec?

I'm having a hard time getting Sage to use my selected codecs for H.264,VC-1, WM9. I tried first by adding the following lines in both Sage Properties and SageClient Properties.

videoframe/h264_video_decoder_filter=CyberLink H.264/AVC Decoder (PDVD8)
videoframe/vc1_video_decoder_filter=ArcSoft Video Decoder
videoframe/video_decoder_filter=CyberLink Video/SP Decoder (PDVD8)
videoframe/wmv9_video_decoder_filter=ArcSoft Video Decoder

Unfortunately my graphs didn't show any Arcsoft filter usage for VC1 or WMV9, instead I get a client properties file that shows:
DShowGraphFilters=AudRend,VidRend,WMVideo Decoder DMO,WMAudio Decoder DMO,K:\DVD movies\Dolphins_1080.wmv

So I added always_use_dshow_player=true but this didn't help any as the WMVideo Decoder is the dshow filter.

I tried to reduce the merit of the WMVideo Decoder filter but for some reason, it doesn't have a merit that can be adjusted through DSFM and it doesn't show up at all under Radlight. Am I forgetting something that I need to do to force the codecs that I want Sage to use?

Reproduce the graph in Graphedit. Then Graphedit will tell you why that graph can not be built.

I got it. Maybe Sage is trying to use my settings but is not able to and so defaults back to the dshow filter merits.

Well, I checked the graph and I tried to add the arcsoft filter and received an error message saying the filter was in use or something. I had recently updated TMT so I wonder if that messed up its dshow filters? I'll try a reinstall of TMT and see if that helps.
