DVB-S Reception

Hi,
I am having trouble with a couple of channels (Sci-Fi and Sci-Fi+1 on Sky Digital), I can receive them if I use DVBViewer however I can not seem to get SageTV to decode these two channels.
They are at about 80% strength and they get picked up when I do a scan but they do not decode. I have lots of other encoded channels working fine.
If I use DVBViewer these channels (Sci-Fi) work, is there anyway to tweak the SageTV receiption, I have already tried editing the .frq file to the same settings as DVBViewer but no luck.
Any ideas why it won't work in SageTV.
Thanks,
David
