I filed this request for support just now.

URGENT - SAGE has become unusable due to EPG data missing...
No change here in Sage setup or cable service (time warner analog san diego)

Starting today, for first time, Sage's program guide is missing data for most of my channels. Displays "No Data" for most but not all. I forced a re-download of the guide data and there was no change - Sage says EPG was in fact reloaded in the last few minutes.

Odd: going out in time, most times on most channels say "NO DATA" but then later in time there will be one show, then more NO DATA

I don't see a pattern.

I ADDED THIS UPDATE LATER IN THIS POSTING....
I changed to an older wiz.bin. Recollect EPG. Same issue. Went back to more recent wiz.bin. (stopped sage service while swapping files).

I just noticed that the NO DATA period is 48 hours - data is there for later days. Problem time span is 10/10/08 4:30PM to Fri 10/11/08 4:30 PM
