MC Themes Backgrounds
I'm running SageMC 6.3.8.
Now that the online services menus are linked from the default STV, they don't layout like they used to and I need to use a different background for those menus. This is also the case for the RSS feeds screens. I can't seem to get this to work. I made a background called background_black.jpg and assigned it to all online services, google, and yahoo references in my theme.properties file, but the main background.jpg still stays behind these menus. I didn't assign the main background image to anything in the theme.properties file because I assume it's the default by name (background.jpg). This is with the SageMC 6.4.8 background patch installed. Am I doing something wrong, or is something broken? Last edited by TBacker; 10-31-2008 at 08:23 AM. |

There's nothing broken. The online services screen now seamlessly takes you to the default STV (make sure you link your dynamic menu item to the 'Online Services Menu' internal screen). Dirk added some java code that substitutes the current base SageMC background for the default STV background to keep things looking more consistent.
Aloha, Mike
