Debug Log... How do I use it?
I have recently started experiencing problem with favorites being scheduled to record, no conflicts, no recording. I have debug logging enabled but have gotten lost in that file. I have no idea what info to look at to help in troubleshooting. Could someone please point me to documentation on how to use the log. Thanks.

You could search the log for the name of the show you were expecting to be recorded, or search for something like "Seeker has detected a halt" (not sure if that is the exact phrase since i haven't had it happen in a while). You'll find where recordings are set up to start for a show on a tuner. If it keeps restarting the recording every 5 minutes, then the tuner is having problems creating a valid recording.

Thanks! It seems to be affecting my digital tuners. Comcast has been moving things around a lot lately, but I just fixed this a couple of weeks ago. Anyway, now I know what to look for to be certain. You're a life saver!
