Has anyone tried SageTV with Windows 7?

I'm not sure if anyone in these forums is lucky enough to have access to the new Windows 7 beta, but if so, has anyone tried installing Sage on Windows 7? It would be great to hear some initial commentary on what is working and what is not to get it in front of Sage sooner than later.

The ultimate goal of course is seamless support from Sage when moving from a Vista PC to a Windows 7 PC.

Windows 7 beta 6801 has not problems with SageTV. Sage can even use the MS codecs.

build 7000 works with 6.5.5 with flying colors, the built-in codecs are great, EVR support, and I swear it changes the channels on my satellite rig faster somehow as well.

I tried build 6801 for a week or so and had massive issues with video playback, not just Sage, but everywhere...

From what I saw, I liked it and figured I got a bad copy or the video codec wernt included (it was a beta, MS beta at that).... Im awaiting RC until I try again..

7000 should be out next week, that would be the better one to try. Also sun is preparing a 6 update 12 update as well that may help. I don't know if anything is planned as earthshaking as the 10 release was, but its worth watching.
