Unhappy EU users: no more TechnoTrends DVB cards!

DVBSHOP lost contact to several employees at TechnoTrend. As far as we know, all employees from the PC-TV department, who were responsible for the Technotrend PC TV adapters (DVB PCI cards and USB boxes), are no longer with the company. TechnoTrend now seems to concentrate on their receiver business only and seems to be about to shut down the development and production of the PC-TV line products.
As we don't expect further supply from TechnoTrend concerning new products (e.g. the low-profile S2-1600 or the S2-6400 with dual DVB-S2 tuner and MPEG-2/H.264 decoder) and drivers/software/etc

Looks like the product line was bought by citycom.

Let's hope they evolve and support their products.

I have 5 TT DVB tuners.

2 identical USB DVB-S2 devices on the same PC.

I currently have a DVB World DVB-S2 (USB) (model 2104) device. I have it hooked up to sageTV via DVBDream's network encoder.

I heard that there's some kind of weird limitation with being able to have more than one of these devices on the same PC; at least when using software like DVB Dream.

So... my question is this... does anyone know if I can use 2 TechnoTrend S2-3600 DVB-S2 USB devices on the same PC using DVB Dream as the network encoder? Heck, I would just hook them up directly to SageTV, but it seems just too complicated.

All I want to do is have two of the same USB DVB-S2 devices on the same PC using 3rd party software such as DVB Dream, DVB Reader and use their network encoders to serve to sageTV.
