6.5.13 is no-go for me - locks up consistently
I tried 6.5.13 two days ago. Yesterday I came home and it was locked up. The UI was non-responsive. I could not quit SageTV. I tried to restart Windows, and could not do that either. It went through the Turn Off Computer / Restart, but then went back to the desktop indefinitely. Eventually I had to use the reset button.
Today, I saw the same thing. The SageTV UI was non-responsive. Trying to restore it onto the HDTV screen resulted in a full-screen black screen. I could not shut SageTV down from the tray. I could not shut Windows down without using the Reset button. It appears SageTV tried to record something off the HD-PVR earlier in the day and failed at that point. There are comskip log files for the show, but there is no TS file present any more. I'm going back to 6.5.12 for now. Has anybody else seen problems like this?

Two days after reverting to .12, SageTV has run consistently without lockups.
Nobody else is seeing anything like this?

I was having this same problem under 6.5.12 and 6.5.13, switching versions didn't matter. First I thought it was a Java problem, because upgrading to release 13 fixed it for a few days. I finally just turned off my HD-PVR, and since then everything has been perfect. I am really getting tired of messing with the HD-PVR.

The latest release version has been very stable for me and I am using a HD-PVR. Beta version 6.5.12 would lock up at least daily and I could not even terminate or stop the service. I would have to hard boot the PC. Beta 6.5.13 seems to be working better for me so far.
