HD 200 and new beta 505...........
when you watch .mkv files if you try and ff/rew the video locks up but the audio keeps playing. hit stop and start the movie from the same spot it's fine.

Did not do this with the last Beta. i wish i could go back.

Using SageTV 6.5.15

Yep, same for me and not just .mkv files. I was watching .avi (XVID and DVIX) with same issue.

I'm having the same issue as well. Have any of you submitted a bug report?

Also if you hit pause in an MKV it pauses for 10 seconds then starts playing by itself (having skipped the 10 seconds of the show) then freezes10 seconds later

I have the same issue.

Have already posted a bug report.

All others should do as well for SageTV to cross check things.

You could "update" to a previous beta firmware from USB or to the release firmware until the fix comes out if it's really bad for you.
