72 response time for support?

I tried contacting support regarding an issue with USB-UIRT problems and the 72 hour timeframe has long since expired. What gives?!

I'd email them again and ask for the status. There may have been a glitch in the Matrix.

I had good experience and other had mirror'd the experience. but I also, have also had 1 or 2 slip through the cracks.

I would contact them again. Sometimes technology just burps.
