SageTV Launcher help
I recently changed to using Vista instead of XP. I have SageTV Launcher so that VMC won't be controlled by the remote, but I have to run SageTV Launcher after start-up. How can I get it to start automatically when Windows loads?
On a 2nd note, does installing SageTV "break" the functionality of Vista Media Center? After I installed Vista and Sage and tried to set up VMC, it says it cannot find any tuners. I can't even remember the wording now, but there's a pop-up box that keeps coming up saying that Media Center Receiver (maybe?) has stopped. |

You cannot run both at the same time. You need to disable VMC's services. If you want to run VMC instead of Sage, you'll have to disable Sage.

What about SageTV Launcher? I've always gotten the feeling that this was something more "automatic". People aren't just launching this program manually each time Windows starts are they? |

Once you do that, the sage client and MC will coexist just fine. put a shortcut in the startup folder (or HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run) |
