BMT Metadata Provider List?

I goofed up my installation and need the complete list (in order) of the original Metadata Providers for BMT? Can someone copy that out of the web interface and post it here?

If you shutdown sage, and edit the sage.properties, and remove the following line

bmt/metadata/defaultProviderId=tvdb,themoviedb.org-2,themoviedb.org,imdb.xml,imdb

When SageTV restarts, bmt will use the default list (which I think is what i've posted above)
