What URL and ports are needed for the Program Guide?
I will be changing my SageTV computer to a 'headless' configuration when I rebuild it with a new system. I want to block everything from the Internet from the SageTV computer, except the Program Guide updates. What IP or URL and ports are needed for the Program Guilde updates to work?
The SageTV computer will be opened up to everything on my local area network. Dave

Andy,
That answers the port needed for the Program Guide updates (7760 - This port must be opened for SageTV to be able to download EPG data so that you can see show listings on the LiveTV Guide menu.) However, it does not answer where the EPG data is downloaded from. Is there a URL or IP address where the EPG data is downloaded? I could then restrict the firewall on the Internet to only that site or IP. Dave
