Is anyone else having trouble accessing www.themediamall.com? I am trying to buy PlayOn to get the $10 before end of september and today is the last day.

Just a correction. It is http://www.themediamall.com/. MediaMall dot com is something else.

Not to fuel the fire, but last night I looked at their forums regarding Netflix problems and one person was claiming that Netflix somehow "cut them off". There were not many details so this may all be rumor.

Their site has been down all day today.

Eh, that's a pretty baseless claim. First of all, Netflix still works, albeit with PlayOn's current issues.

Secondly, the way PlayOn works, at least for Netflix, is to be an IE web browser, playback the content and encode it like a screencast. So unless Netflix plans on entirely cutting off IE, there's nothing they can do to block PlayOn.
