HDPVR working. Dish HD receiver working - Yeeeehaaa
HDPVR working. Dish HD receiver working - Yeeeehaaa.
Took a while to figure out the Dish receiver setup. But with some help from Dish phone support - spoke with a nice girl in Virginia - I got it working at the dish, then took it inside and hooked it up to the HDPVR and everything just started working together perfectly right off the bat. One question: The HDPVR records in ".TZ" format. Can it also record in .MP2 or .MP4?

That is a .TS (Transport Stream) container. Google is your friend when looking for programs that can convert the container format. I found some information when searching for 'convert .ts to .mp4'
