Since moving my HTPC client from XP to Windows 7 64, I've had nothing but problems.

1. My old US Robotics modem is no longer of any use in supporting the YAC CallerID plugin as there are no 64 bit drivers for it.

2. I'm having video and audio studder at the end of each scheduled show and sometimes video studder during a broadcast.

3. I did replace my WHS nVidia DualTV tuners with (2) HD-PVR's. The studder started when I moved to the HD-PVR's. It got worse after I upgraded my HTPC client to Windows 7 64 and upped memory to 4GB.

Now I'm thinking of starting all over by reformatting my HTPC, loading Windows 7 32 bit, and reloading SageTV on my HTPC client.

Question: I bought a 3-license Windows 7 pack that has both a 32 bit and 64 bit install DVD. Will I lose one of my licenses if I wipe my hard drive and load the 32 bit system?

No, you'll never lose a license. At worse you'll have to call in and explain why you need to activate. They give you a code and you go on your merry way.
