Execute another program from within SageTV
Given the limitations in ISO playback, etc, I'm thinking of loading XBMC on my windows frontend and switching to it when I want to watch movies, does anyone know if there is an easy way to set an entry in sagetv's menu system to execute an external program?

Look into Dynamic Menu's.
Also, have you looked at the MrFusions ISO mounting script here? It basically gives you what you seem to want as far as playing back DVD ISO's. Would save having to switch to a separate program, which has other complications (remote control, and such).
