need some advise before I contact support

I've been lurking thse forums for some time now and decided to take the plunge with SageTV. I ordered 2 HD-200, the server software and a windows client license. I've got OTA feeding 2 x 2250 dual tuner cards. This will replace my current Rogers cable set up.
Anyway, we schedule a number of recordings on our rogers HD-PVR and I decided to use the favorites to schedule recording for shows we watch such as Lost, American Idol, 24, etc.
No problem so far. Today I received my 2 HD-200 and I set up the first one. That's great too.

Now .... I fire up the SageTV windows client to check on things while we still watching our Rogers recorded shows. The client has the little yellow conflict icon in the system tray. So I go to the recording conflicts and I have 867 conflicts !!!!!!!
I'm really confused here because there appear to be a ton of shows that now are marked with the red little F (as in favorite) that I have not scheduled to record and don't care to watch. (let alone mark them as a favorite)

I'm tempted to re-install SageTV as we're still in this transition phase. Any help would be appreciated.

Update:
I re-started the SageTV service on the server and this seems to have cleared the 'unscheduled' scheduled recordings except for 2 recordings. I tried to delete them but it says that Sage or some other process has them locked. Next step is a reboot.

Update2:
I managed to delete those 2 recordings manually. So far so good I guess.

Most likely you somehow managed to create a Favorite with a blank title so that it matches everything. The best way to figure this out is to go into the recording schedule, click on one of the bogus items, and choose Record Options > Adjust Favorite Options. This will take you to the Favorite causing the problem, which you can then modify or delete.
