channel changing via firewire on Rogers 4250

Just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction as to how to set up the channel changing via fire wire on the 4250 HD?

Cheers

Go Here. I know, it's a really big thread but there should be pointers at the front to the relevant sections if you don't want to read five years of firewire configuring.

I was able to get my 4250 successfully configured for firewire changing using the above link. It definitely isn't straightforward but does work. Let me know if you run into problems.

What drivers did you use? A couple of years ago I had trouble getting the 4250s to work but I didn't bother spending any time to troubleshoot since I had 3250s at other TVs in my house so I just moved the 3250s to my Sage PC/HD-PVRs and they worked fine with the original firestb drivers.
